J & M Floor Care guarantees the quality of workmanship to be professional and in keeping with the standards set by the floor covering industry. Should installation service be required attributable to the orginal installaion of your flooring for a period of one year from the time your flooring was installed, J&M Floor Care will return and provide that service at no cost to you. This warranty is valid only for the orginal owner occupied installations by J&M Floor Care and will be invalidated if problem is due to improper maintenance or cleaning, abuse, excessive moisture, vandalism or alteration.
